For security reasons, we're unable to reset a password for an account if:

• Your account does not have an associated email address or mobile number;
• You do not know the associated email address and/or mobile number;
• You do not have access to the email address and/or mobile number linked to the account.

If you're eligible to reset your password, please reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot my password” link on the login page on the iOS app.

I am unable to generate AI videos/images even though I have an active Jumbo Melon subscription

Each Jumbo Melon monthly subscription has a set number of coins that you can use to generate AI videos/images. The cost of an AI video is 25 coinsand each image costs 10 coins.

I am having trouble generating videos/images. Generation is taking more than 10 seconds.

Video generation generally takes under a minute. If necessary, please wait up to 5 minutes for each video generation. If the video fails to generate within 5 minutes, coins will not be subtracted.
